I never understood what's so good about Star Wars games anyway. I like the movies but the games never appealed to me, especially not the LEGO Star Wars games. In my opinion they are just milking the Star Wars franchise dry like the Call of Duty franchise.
Until you have played Jedi Academy, you will not get star wars games. It's a great physics based lightsaber fighting game. Battlefront 2 fuses all 3 movies into one game. Lets you replay the movies in battles that you want to fight out. Jedi Academy has mod maps that are just like the movies to reinact the great battles of star wars history. I understand your stand point, but I suggest trying JKA out.
