Hey i am new to the game(multiplayer aspect, just bought it). Could you tell me why i got banned(from what i remember i quit the game due to headset bug whit game, muted headset and lost all ingame audio), could i get unbanned?

Howdy folks finally managed to make an account here after phew. So a friend got banned from the cruise ships server for killing a few bots (as ya do) And it said it was only temporary (1132 minutes) But it has been a week and to no avail! I Was wondering if I could get them unbanned Steam ID is STEAM_0:1:124134402 thank you if this is possible!

(Also I think both need restarting, but Steamboats definitely does, cant interact with anything on there)
