(they're basically trying to make an MMO without the shitty aspects like grind, class-discrimination or boring repetetive quests)

The final Guild Wars 2 Beta will occur next weekend (friday July 20 - sunday July 22).
(Release date: August 28)

I was willing to try this MMO, since I really hate MMO's in general.
Star Trek Online was a huge disappointment, and World of Warcraft was just plain boring.

Looks like I can't have beta

Fortunately, this won't be the only beta event, this one's mostly meant for hardware/optimalisation fixes, they're planning to do more beta events in the future (you'll only have to sign up once though)
Also, if you happen to get in, you'd have to sign an NDA, basically meaning you're not allowed to let anyone know you're in the beta, or upload video's/screenshots until ArenaNet allows you to do so

 

The sign-up went good this time, and I'm awaiting my confirmation e-mail.
In accordance with the ArenaNet NDA, I won't say if it was successful or not.

Well I didn't get invited in the first place even though I have awesome specs so fuck the faglords who made Guilt Whores 2.

 

Well they had over 1 million signups for the first (closed) beta's anyway, pretty sure there were plenty of other people with 'awesome specs' :>

 

My PC is the awesomest.
