Recently these days I've been getting like a sleep sick or something, I sleep perfectly fine yet at school. Im always tired... Even when im in the toilet I've almost feel fell asleep but I've put my self together, Did this crap happen to any one of you People?

I have the same problem, most common thing is a low Vitamin-D value in your blood. Either get more in the sun or take some pills for it.
I use melatonin 5 mg, but it's usually way too strong for most people. I recommend starting with melatonin 0.1 mg, you can get it at most malls without a prescription. If that doesn't do the job, 1 mg is a good middle ground, the dosage I use is for people like me who don't produce enough melatonin by themselves. Before I discovered it, I tried everything to get to sleep, like that vitamin D, or spending time in the sun like PingWing said. Even more bullshit like warm milk, exercise seven days a week (two or three days is recommended), counting sheep, psychotropic treatment, meditation, holistic healing, and other bullshit that doesn't work.
