Before Bungie began to create one of the most boring fps I'd ever seen, they created Marathon. I guess they decided that console gamers probably wouldn't understand even the most simple puzzles that were in Marathon, so they created Halo. I played Marathon 2 on my PC when I was 11, and it still is one of my favourite games ever.
